You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you are a consumer living in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
